We farm it, raise it, harvest it, clean it, process it, cook it and serve it.

Our restaurant is open for lunch service Saturdays from 11:30Pm - 2:30pm, and for dinner service from 5:30pm - 10:30pm Wednesday through Saturday. Reservations are recommended.
