Our milking cows are a mix of breeds, including Jersey, Milking Shorthorns, Brown Swiss, Swedish Red, Montbeliarde and Holstein. Our herd consists of 25 cows, of which we are usually milking 8-10, the remainder being too young, too pregnant, or too male.
